My husband and I recently refinanced our home with Loan Depot and we had the pleasure of working with Art Cuellar. He was knowledgeable, positive and professional and explained everything thoroughly in order to guide us seamlessly throughout the entire
refinancing process. Even though he is located in the L.A. area and my husband and family are in New Orleans, LA, it did not matter because he provided truly exceptional customer service and a high level of personal attention. (On a side note, I also liked
that he always said "thank you for your business" at the end of every conversation. Jimmy Russo was also great to work with. He was extremely friendly, reassuring and thorough and made the entire process seamless and positive. He demonstrated a lot of patience
and professionalism when dealing with our insurance company, and we truly appreciate the efforts he went to in dealing with our unique homeowner's insurance situation. This has been a great experience, and I would recommend working with both Art and Jimmy
to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home or refinance their existing home.
