NEVER NEVER USE THIS LOAN SERVICE

LOANDEPOT be careful if you are looking for a home loan or reify, go somewhere else you have heard the saying THE NUTS ARE RUNNING THE CRAZY HOUSE well here you go. I had my appellation approved 45 days ago and have never been treated in such a horrible
way in my life, I have owned 17 new homes in my life time and never, never been treaded like this before. First the loan officer treaded me as if I was scamming them, I live in AZ but I have a Calf. phone number witch I have had for the past 15 years (cell
phone), then I had my home inspected for termite's and she got a copy of the paid bill, but because the bill didn't have a paid in full she had to call the termite co and asked why, well the manager called me and asked why is a loan company calling about a
bill you paid? so he have to fax here a copy that said paid in full, not only was I embarrassed but the service man got his butt chewed because he for got to mark paid, then I was supposed to close on a Friday and they changed that to another week, so I signed
all closing papers and then was told it would be 3 more days, so I called on the 4th day and they said "OH YOU HAVE'NT RECEIVED YOU CHECK YET?) no I haven't so the loan officer said he will check and call me back 2 days pasted no call. So I called voice mail,
called 4 hours later, voice mail again, so by now I'm getting really pissed off so I gat the operator to find me a supervisor, or manager, she sent me back to voice mail again I called back this time I was a little mad and told her get me a manager so she
said I will send a email to a manager and he will call you back, (I gave her my number) that was at 3:43 pm yesterday 8/6/14 and as of today I still have no check or have spoken to a manager. Now I get a voice mail from a loan officer saying that they are
trying to track down my paper work??????????? Please look to another lender, if you use them you'll go crazy as the people that work there. As fast as you can!
