Efficient, rapid, and professional

I have had numerous refis for the last 30+ years. This one was the most efficient I have ever experienced. The LD reps were polite, professional, and clear as to the needed docs. The only minor glitch involved my ex and even that was dealt with rapidly
and with great courtesy. From start to finish it was less than 30 days to gather the docs, get the appraisal, have the docs reviewed, and finally have items notarized and the loan closed. The reps, Brian and Scott were available for questions and responded
promptly which expedited the entire process. What happened to the drama and angst?! Gone from the process. Loan Depot gets my endorsement.
