Big thank you to James Chu. Also, thank you to Mardell Marskey. I was extremely leery about mortgage financing through the internet. In December, 2013, I submitted a refinancing request through an Internet website. I received numerous calls from different
companies. I was impressed by James. He was extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it did not work out then due to the value of my house. I promised James I will reach out to him in the summer as conditions might change as far as home value. I called him
this summer and here we are..........We closed our loan this morning. All negotiations were done by either emails or phone. All our inquiries were answered to our satisfaction and timely. Very convenient and painless!!. The fees were reasonable and we are
saving a lot of money due to a lower interest rate. Again, thank you, James and Mardell for making this a painless process.
