Loan Depot's mistake is my $495 loss.

I was told by my current mortgage company that I can't refinance until 24 months has passed due to a "short refi" I had accomplished with my previous mortgage company as per their guidelines but might try elsewhere. I was just trying to drop my PMI and
get out of my FHA loan to a conventional loan with the same rate. I relayed my situation with Ryan King and he convinced me he did the "research" to confirm I can complete this loan with Loan Depot, knowing I could not elsewhere. In the end, I paid for a $495
appraisal for a loan I could "NOT" obtain anywhere. The loan got rejected because of Ryan's inexperience and I should of never called this company. Instead of covering the cost, even after admitting to making the mistake, and a manager agreeing he would be
mad as well in my situation, but that it's just my loss.
