OK so I am going to be 100% honest here..mindbody software is HORRIBLE and the worse investment you can make in your business ever! Please run while you can. Let me give you a brief summary of why it sucks, if I were to be detailed we would be here for hours reading a thesis.
The money from credit card transaction takes days and days and dayyyyys to get into your account. Unfortunately I left my previous software in which I got my money much much quicker. 60% of the time the credit card system is down so you have to manually type in the CC info and in the end you get charged extra for manually keying in numbers.
Seriously - the cc system is down so much and it is so embaressing in front of guests. If I were to call I would be on hold for a long period of time. This system is just not very efficient.
The transfer they did from my previous software was a total MESSY NIGHTMARE! Nothing came through correctly. My inventory was a mess and took us 6 weeks to correct. All client data was wrong, all memberships and basically all payroll.
It was honestly horrible and I was lost and did not know what to do. Their customer service was a mess and basically needed handholding as I had to call dailt to let them know what is wrong with my data tranfser. They never caught a mistake on their own - everything had to be pointed to them.

Their server is down 40-60% of the time. The past two days ( yes that's right -48 hours) it has been down. Imagine I can not schedule appointments, can not confirm appointments because I can not access our books, can not accept payment, my clients can not book online, can not access my inventory, or worse PAYROLL! I was supposed to do payroll yesterday and have not been able to log in. What am I to do?
This software is HORRIBLE! When you Call customer service you are on hold forever - because hundreds of other businesses are experiencing the same thing and they are on the phone trying to get help! When finally a customer service rep comes on they have nothing to say because they do not know what to do.
They do updates during business hours so the software just collapses during work hours when you need it to work the most. They should have the updates done late at night but it just does not work that way.
I think this software is horrible and not worth what they charge. I am going to switch to salonbiz...Please do not make the mistake I did and do not purchase this sorry of an excuse for software. I work so hard to build my business and I offer my customer superior service.My salon won Top 200 salons in the USA! This software has caused me so much embaressment and stress and I can not wait to switch away from it the next weeks.
