Confusing and Overcomplicated

I have been a member of their service for about 4 months now, and I can say that there are some good features to the program. However, all in all, it is a buggy system that is VERY CONFUSING to use. It is set up on the user interface from the perspective
of a software engineer, NOT the end-user or business owner. Simple tasks take an inordinate amount of time to set up, find, and edit. Further, if you're not using the system for hours every day (who would) it becomes very easy to forget how to do things. Their
knowledge base is not very helpful, and all in all, I can do what their system does with a simple excel spread sheet a whole lot easier than their pile of garbage.
