THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES. I tried to give 0 stars. My husband and I purchased a 2011 Travel Trailer for RV show at Angel's Stadium. We pick up our trailer 1 week later. During that week we were suppose to have a follow up call from our sales person and also the finance company. No follow up which looks like the norm for this company. We were told that we would get 6.5% finance rate BUT when we went to do the paperwork they tried to hit us with 8% stating our credit was not good enough. We told them we were not going to purchase the trailer if we did not get the quoted interest rate and then without so much as a call to a manager or the finance company within seconds he change our rate to 6.5% (a little shady). We were also told at time of sale that we would receive a McMahon's RV camping package which included Angels tickets, $100 in free gas, 3 free propane fill up and more. We not only did not received the package when I call, I get transferred to the wrong departments, put on hold or sent to an answering machine which I do not receive a return call.
