Give some SERIOUS thought before purchasing an RV from McMahon's in Colton! We took delivery of a new RV a couple weeks ago and were charged $695 for a PDI which was NEVER detailed out for us as to what we were getting. Upon the "walkthrough" during delivery, many questions were left unanswered and required us to do our own research. We were actually told there is no manual override for the hydraulic slides or landing gear and that we would be screwed in the event of hydraulic failure! Not believing this I contacted the factory and learned that there IS in fact an override. Pretty huge oversight in my opinion!! The coach was NOT cleaned and parts were missing. When we questioned them about the parts they made us feel as though we were putting them out to replace them. They claim the T.V. was somehow misplaced or stolen during transit from the factory. Upon delivery, they had just thrown in some cheap aftermarket brand that was hard mounted to the wall. When we questioned this they argued that is was factory installed. We argued that point and they finally admitted that they just "threw" one in to appease us. They finally replaced it with the OEM brand and drove to my house to install it. They claimed that the cost of the battery was in the PDI however we learned from the factory that it is standard equipment when shipped! Basically, once you drive off the lot, you are forgotten about!! Prior to the sale, they were calling us everyday!
