I just wanted to post my experiences with this company. I was searching online for 100% Wool suits "on the cheap" so to speak, and I came across this company first. I was stunned by the quality of suits they were advertising at the prices they had listed. I looked them up on this BBB website and saw that they had an "F" rating. I even e-mailed the company and told them they had an "F" and they might want to fix that if they wanted to get savvy shoppers to do business with them. They responded by saying that they do not pay the BBB anymore to particpate in their program, so BBB then lowered their rating. However, other shady aspects of their website were discovered, all of their links for outside organizations only direct you straight back to the company's own home page. I ended up finding another online company that had an "AA" rating on the BBB site and was very satisfied with my purchase (prices were pretty much the same). I just want to recommend buyers to NOT do business with this company, coming from a consumer that ALMOST did.
