I was very reluctant to get involved with any law firm trying to get a mortgage modification,everyone told me it was a waste of time and money. I talked to several companies and when I found Mesa Law Group I heard something different. First thing was they didn't say it was a sure thing,it is a process and it will take work and some patience. I am convinced that the banks or its collection agents want you to give up. Michael and Denny at Mesa always gave me valuable information and encouraged me not to give up. Denny's advocacy program gets results,I have a modification at 2.1% for 5 years and a reduced rate of 5.6% for the rest of the loan.
