I purchased 1 bottle of Biovaxine from Miracle To Life Vitamins. The customer svc rep who placed my order told me if I didn't like it I could get a full refund with no questions asked, I paid $49.99. If I liked it I could call back and purchase enough for a full year at a special price of $25 a bottle. Well I didn't like it, and when I called for a refund The Manager was rude and very disrespectful. I told her I didn't like the taste and it irritated my throat. She said "you know you love it,like a child add water to it and drink it bcs it's good for you, and hung up on me." I was furious. I called back, mailed a letter on 6/30/2010 and faxed a letter on 7/13/2010 complaining and asking for a refund. To DATE I have not heard from them. They are rude, and they're trying to keep my money. I would NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
