i was a subscriber for what i understood to be 1 year for a price of 41.85. i started my subscription in january and later discovered i was being billed 41.85 every 3 months. i had a problem after about 20 searches [the service was limited] and told i would get an additional 3 months added to my subscription. after i changed my subscription to not renew i paid an addl. 41.85 on my credit card. i could not get any satisfaction from the company. as far as i am concerned it is a huge ripoff and bridges on a nationa scam. i will broadcast to everyone i come in contact with. i am a locator for high school reunions. thank you
