Excellent Service from Keith Stepter

I worked with Keith Stepter for refinancing my auto loan. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I have been meaning to refinance but never got around to it but when I contacted Keith, he handled everything and made sure it was an easy
process. He was very informative in regards to what the process was and the comparisons between my current finance and what the new one would be. He helped me understand the terms and exactly what I would be agreeing to for my refinancing and helped me to
get a lower interest rate which was my goal! Keith's service was fantastic and very helpful. He is a great representative for the company and a great person because he kept it real, he wasn't pushy at all and he allowed me to work at my own pace as far as
gathering the documents for the process. I know that I can still contact him with any questions I may have and he is there to help with immediate attention. I even recommended him to my mother who is also looking to refinance her vehicle. I would definitely
