Ramon Valdez was a very helpful and enthusiastic person to work with. The only negative thing I can say is that we always seemed to be missing each others calls. Otherwise great person. My only issue with dealing with your company was that I was transferred
over to Antonia Luciano with no forewarning so when she contacted me I had no idea who she was. Eventually she explained who she was and why I was being contacted by her. Not as happy with her assistance, after I sent the correspondence to her I never heard
back even after sending her two emails for updates on my case. I was starting to panic but eventually got a letter from my previous financial company stating the loan had been paid. Then a week later received a letter from new financial company welcoming me
aboard. Would have been nice to be kept in the loop by your people.
