When I received a call (actually many calls) from Greenlight Loans offering to reduce my interest rate and put in a better loan, I was skeptical. I had attempted to refinance a couple of times in the past, and each attempt turned out to be a big waste
of time and energy. Finally I mustered up the energy to try again with Greenlight, and this time - SUCCESS! Crystal Hale and Brian Kamody were the most knowledgeable mortgage professionals I have ever worked with. Both were very personable and pleasant to
talk to. I had lots of questions about each step of the process, but they never got annoyed. Instead they explained everything very carefully and made sure I understood. Their communication and customer service was OUTSTANDING. They were VERY prompt and thorough
in responding to my emails and voicemails. Along the way, there were a couple of hiccups on the processing end, but Brian and Crystal worked through them very quickly and efficiently. It really felt like they were on my team and were working really hard to
create the best possible outcome for my re-fi. My re-fi closed back in October. I had been meaning to write this review since then, but time got away from me. I am writing now because I want to make sure to offer my wonderful experience with Crystal and Brian
to others who are looking to work with two of the most professional individuals in the industry. Thanks again Crystal and Brian!
