Outstanding Service by Greenlight Professionals!

After a 5 month fiasco trying to refinance last year with Bank of America in preparation for my upcoming retirement, I figured it would be months, if not years before I was able to refinance. Out of the blue in early March, 2014, I got a call from Greenlight
Loans on behalf of Nationstar Mortgage who had purchased my mortgage from BOA. At first, I was very skeptical and waited for the proverbial “shoe to drop.” Much to my delight and surprise, everything from the get go was the polar opposite of my experience
with BOA. The loan officer, Jacob Bustamonte, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. After some calculations that ultimately would make my budget much easier with my retirement income, Jacob got me started on the loan process. The processing assistant,
Esther Lee, took over from there. She is an amazing professional! She gave clear instructions, was very responsive, and communicated promptly and with respect. Moreover, Greenlight took care of any expenses involved—including giving me prepaid FedEx labels
for documents I sent. In less than a month, I signed the closing documents. Outstanding! 5 stars each to Jacob Bustamonte, Esther Lee, and Greenlight Loans! I am glad to be a Nationstar Mortgage customer.
