When I initially began the refinancing process I thought it would long and cumbersome, something I was not necessarily looking forward to. I spoke with John Mach and Antoine Tran and these individuals dissolved those apprehensions with their professionalism,
eagerness to help, and efficiency! The whole process from start to finish took about two weeks and during this time both Antoine and John were in constant contact with me via phone or email. If I had questions they were ALWAYS available to assist and walk
me through any missing steps. I felt very comfortable with them and felt like I was truly a valued customer. I really liked the fact that all documents were e-signed, and I didn't have to visit an attorney's office to close because they sent the attorney to
me! I can not say enough good things about John and Antoine and the service. They are the epitome of quality customer service. Thank you!
