Horrible Experience

I refinanced back in May 2014. The experience started out well and the quickly went downhill from there. The whole process was very rushed and last minute. I was quoted 4 different payments, each one progressively getting higher. It was impossible to get a straight answer and when I did get an answer it was rude. I called customer service and the rep I spoke with was not helpful. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was not in yet, but that he would leave a message with her to call me back. That was Monday. It Is now Thursday, and I am still waiting for that call from "Gina". I have had my mortgage through Nationstar for years without a problem. It is unfortunate that Greenlight treats their customers so horribly since it does reflect on Nationstar. Do not use this company. They are SHADY! Horrible experience! Horrible company! Deserve 0 stars. Giving them one star is being generous!!
