Refinancing my house with John Loy and Devyn Stafford/Nationstar Mortgage-Greenlight Loans
In the past I have dreaded the thought of refinancing my house. Both John Loy and Devyn Stafford made this very easy, understandable and comfortable. I felt that they were truly doing this with me as well as for me. They were both very accessible and called
me back or emailed me almost immediately. Both John and Devyn have an incredible amount of patience as they took much time to answer all my questions (which I am sure were repetitive) thoroughly and always with good humor and kindness. They were also extremely
respectful, all my questions and thoughts were validated and considered important. Devyn and John made what could be a very stressful process very manageable. I highly recommend doing business with them through Nationstar Mortgage-Greenlight Loans.
