Yes, guys are right sometimes. (Referencing Andrew Varcoe's first conversation with my husband after we had initially chosen Reliance to work with on our refinance. After a conversation with Andrew, my husband convinced me to listen to what Andrew had to say and it did cause a change in direction. Andrew locked in our low rate and promised to close by September 1st. Our loan closed 8/27/14.) Those other guys at Reliance left a final voice mail just last week with a deadline to get back to them by Friday the 22nd. It was the manager this time but of course I can't blame them for trying. We had just returned home from our signing appointment. Quicken stopped calling right away when I told them we had decided on Greenlight. They must have heard of you... Charmyne George was great. Everything went so well I could not have imagined it would be this way. Most friends tell us the process takes years off your life. Not so with Greenlight! Mostly we're thrilled to be done with our part of making Mom's estate ready to settle. I did not want to be a reason for delay and your firm has made that possible. Our refinance was unusual; we needed to refinance our private mortgage through my parents trust (now estate), in order to cash out that loan so the estate can be settled among 7 siblings. Customers for life, we are. Our friends and family are already hearing about it and will hear more. Thanks again, Neva & Kevin Redmond
