I was in the market to refinance my home for a couple of weeks. What I took from looking for the best loan offer, was that loan officers will pester you and pester you to the point where you just want to give them an ear full. Luckily I found Mike Lesinski,
he was the only lender who listened and tailored a 20 year loan based on what I was looking for. He made the process smooth and easy. I had a positive experience with New American Funding, and will definitely keep Mike Lesinski and New American Funding in
mind if ever I need to recommend friends and family in need of a loan. The only blemish in my refinancing process was the underwriting department, they asked for more documents after I notarized the HUD-1 and even called me at work and asked to speak to my
supervisor to verify employment a day before the loan was funded. I found that a bit insulting. Im not sure if thats a typical process, but I'd still highly recommend this company. Thank you Mike and Lauren.
