We had our kitchen and floor done in September, and overall Nu Kitchen Inc. did a fairy good job. Few things I was satisfied with were first of all their contractors were unlike any other contractors I've seen before. They were polite, positive and professional about their work. Especially, cabinet people and plumber did a great job. I wouldn't ask for more. They asked us to check their work several times until we're satisfied 100%. Nu Kitchen delivered their promise of getting work done on time. To be fair and square in this review, I want to mention about what they can improve as well. I don't think they're specialized with window; that's why window installation in our case delayed the process little bit. Most of people don't do window with a kitchen or flooring, so as long as window is not included, everything is okay and they will do marvelous job for the price. They also helped us with financial plan which works best for us. At first, I was skeptical and worried about their business, but now, I can recommend them to anybody for satisfying results. Their countertop or granite crew needs more experience with better after-service. Installation of granite went smooth and they're well prepared for it meaning they didn't cut it on the day of installation as some other companies do. They're ready to install on that day, but they neglected on the buffing process and left some rough areas around the sink and it's really hard to get them back to redo the work. That's only problem I had. The owner was very decent man who cares for the customers' needs. Overall, we give them an "A" and recommend them highly.
