Annoying agents make your business look BAD

My name and number was referred by a friend. It was alright to talk and listen to their offer, but for pete's sake they won't take "NO" for an answer. A friend of mine also got this treatment and he has been receiving prank calls. My friend said ever since he got angry with their persistence, he got pranks calls in the morning and evening, he suspects its them because he never had these call before. To the administrators of OWTEL, your agents are making you look bad.
