Jeanie Tran, from OpenGate Lending, was the only loan officer that was able to help us refinance. We had been trying for over 4 years with many lending institutions and it seemed that we always fell through the cracks, even though we had excellent credit and always paid our bills on time. She was very up front with us and kept things positive. We stayed with us every step of the way and responded in a very timely manner if we needed her advice. It was a pleasure to work with her and we know that without her we still would be paying our old rate. Our mortgage payment went down $300.00 a month. She has been a real blessing to us.
