My husband and I were exceptionally pleased with the service we recently received from Open Lending. We worked with Augustine Lee and Amy Tran. Both Augustine and Amy were diligent, persevering, and ultimately, delivered to us a good rate for our re-finance.
Their communication was excellent. All calls and emails were responded to immediately. Our case had some difficulties to work around and Augustine and Amy never gave up and kept exploring different options for us and advocated strongly for us when it was needed.
