Worst lending company ever.

I am in the real estate industry and have held mortgages from dozens of lenders over the years and PMAC is not only the worst lending company I have every had to deal with, but the worst company I have done business with in any industry. I'm not sure where even to begin, they have multiple call centers in other countries which apparently do not have the ability to access any information, so are of no use. PMAC decided after 4 years that my property needed flood insurance. I had a structural engineer come out tested the area and said I was not in a flood zone, PMAC would not listen, I than had FEMA come out, they tested the area and came to the same conclusion. PMAC asked me to email them the data, I have had to email/fax/mail this information to them over a dozen times. Each time they say they received it and they were incorrect but then the following month they somehow loose the paperwork and ask me to send it again.
They are also the only lender I have dealt with that does not receive my electronic payment from Wells Fargo for two weeks after it is sent. TWO WEEKS to a credit a payment.
