Review 6/13/2010
|
We received a letter in the mail that looked strikingly similar to documents and materials sent by the IRS. They even used the numbers 2010 in a very similar manner as the IRS does when referencing the 1040 year. The mail piece cited quite a few federal laws and fines that, when taken out of context, are intimidating. Their call to action was an ALERT: You Must Post Revised Indiana & Federal Labor Law Notices. They lied by omission and the document is unfair and unduly coercive. This company uses very misleading direct mail practices. They appear to be from a governmental entity and suggest that there are penalties. I am amazed that the BBB still rates them with a B? How can this be when they have over 100 complaints from consumers in 36 months. Other firms with this high of rating have a rating of F. Is this because they are BBB members and the other firms are not? This company is preying on consumers and I believe that their marketing practices are not only dishonorable, but also illegal.
