Sent them a check in October. Never received product. February, sent another invoice for the same product we never ordered.
They claim that "Jane" cancelled the order. She did not, she ordered it. Credit sat for over four months.
I called to find out why we never got product or refund. She stated there was an open credit, did we still want product. I said yes. After processing order again, she said she would first need to check with accounting to make certain a refund check was not issued. I said, if there is, I would like a copy of the cancelled check. She snapped me up and said, "you need to listen. You have a listening problem. I told you that you have an open credit." WTH? I was red in an instant.
I am VERY disappointed with the BBB for giving them a high rating!! Shame, shame that paying members can be rip off artists and get away with it, as long as they pay the BBB.
