For anyone who has not dealt with this company, there's only a couple things you need to know:
1. This company attracts customers by undercutting everyone else on their basic poster, but then uses multiple techniques for "selling up" so that you go from buying a $20 poster to buying $200-$300 worth of extras.
2. Do not fall for any of their techniques to manipulate you! If enough people would stand firm and tell them "No thank you. Just send me the basic poster and I'll deal with the rest of my requirements." this company would change their methods or cease to exist.
This company succeeds by deceiving people and pressuring people. Since most of the people buying products from them are merely employees of a company and not the owners, they usually succumb to the tactics just to get the annoying calls to stop. If it's not their dime, they would rather just give in. That's exactly what this business "model" is designed for. Unfortunately, their methods work, which is why they are successful. I just don't know how these people sleep at night. I hope karma gets them some day. And yes, that includes the sales people who are just carrying out orders. They have a choice to work for a more reputable company.
And if anyone is wondering why this company is still a BBB member, you need to realize that ANYONE can be a BBB member - just by paying dues. Even the worst company can be a BBB member. Membership doesn't mean anything about the integrity of the company or its owners. Buyer beware!!!
