1 star. They do not deserve even one star.
Playdom's games all require money. Although you can play for free, to be able to do anything in the games, you have to pay a good amount of money. But spending doesn't end.
You will find yourself spending more and more as game progresses as they make it even harder and harder for nonpaying players to play.
Let's go to another topic. The games are messed up. Players are losing more and more game items due to refresh errors, etc. Playdom doesn't refund these players anything. Game currency bought with real money isn't even refunded!
Lastly, their tech support.
Oh my god, it is pathetic. They rarely answer your requests and even when they do, it's automated and it is not helpful at all.
NEVER EVER PLAY A PLAYDOM GAME, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
