After 3 weeks of taking the capsules, I have found that I feel fuller through out the day. When I am hungry I eat a meal and am satisfied. I do not have night time cravings for snacks like I did before. I only have 5 lbs. to lose but the evening cravings
were driving me nuts! I am also very regular now. I dont think its a miracle product but it is helping me get back on track. (I am only taking 1 capsule a day in the morning)
