This was a TERRIBLE experience! First of all, on the very first page, when it asked for ticket information (docket #, LEA, section violation, court location, county, etc), it gave you NO hints as to where to find this info! Other online traffic schools do.
Also, the format of the reading material is long chapters to scroll through that can take over an hour to read completely through. Nothing to break it up. Then when you do the section quiz, if you get one question wrong, you have to go back and find the answer in the text and may have to read through the entire chapter again to find it. It should have smaller sections.
There were so many irrelevant questions. For instance, who cares how and when they switched to left side driving in Sweden? This is for California!!!!
The final test was fairly easy, and they did give you a "cheat sheet". However there were 2-3 answers that were actually not on the cheat sheet.
Plus some of the questions were stupid and completely memory based. For instance, It is legal to turn left from a one way street to a one way street. The other 2 multiple choice questions were a 2 way street to at 2 way street, and a one way street to a 2 way street. ALL were correct, but in the course study it mentioned one way to one way, so that was the correct answer.
Finally, when I called to make sure that I was putting the correct information in for my "code and section", the person I talked to was extremely condescending. Hey, I don't need that.
Better take a comedy course. Hopefully I won't have to do this again!
