From start to finish we have had a very positive experience with this company.
We wanted new windows as we are remodeling a 70's house. The salesman that came was very professional and answered all our questions. Did not pester us after his quote and called only with address's of recent customers so that we could check out the windows for ourselves. We were also told we could visit the factory anytime to see how the windows were made. They came to measure the windows promptly and a month later they were installed. The crew that installed them were polite, knowledgeable, quick and answered all questions. They cleaned up and made no mess. There was no damage done to paint inside the house or the exterior. The windows were put in over a two day period and they showed up on time each day. The windows are beautiful and seem to work excellently. They sound is cut down from outside and they fit beautifully like they have always been there. They were also half the price of other company's but offered the same warranty. We are very pleased with these windows. They are comparable with most other companies but half the price. Very happy.
