Persistance Pays Off!

Charles called me on a regular basis for at least four months offering his assistance to transfer my 401K over to Regal Assets - he timed the call frequency to in no way be a pest (sign of a seasoned veteran). When I finally got around to the transfer,
it was so much easier than what I was dreading (main reason for procrastination). Thanks Charles!
