I sent in my pictures and one VHS to Scan Digital on January 15,2011. The picture count was about 34 ,4x6 prints taken in the late '70 and '80. According to the status on the website, I was due to receive my order on March 18th. I called Scan Digital on February 17th, 2011 to check on the status of my order. The kid that answered said it was here and waiting to start the work on it. He asked if I needed them sooner than March 18. I said yep. Well it is now March 18th and I have not received any information regarding shipping. When I check the website the status said IN PRODUCTION. This leads me to believe its not complete. If you value your pictures and most important your time I would not recommend this company. Poor customer service and when you call to check on your order you will get many excuses as to why your order is taking so long. To top this off, I hope when I do finally get my pictures back the quality will impress me and I will forget that it took forever to get my work completed.
