Do not get suckered into this scam. They would not help me in any fashion to get out of the contract. I work out of town and missed writing them a 30 day cancellation. My original sales guy did not tell me about the auto renewal. I know that it is not Security Networks fault for the sales guys presentation. Although they should make some exceptions to the rule with a customer who had no phone connection for a yr and never complained about paying for a service that I did not even have. ADT is a much better company that will take care of you and save you money. Good luck to anyone that stays or signs up with Security Networks....
