I had a pretty good experience with this company. I have had their alarm for about 4 months now. They installed my alarm the same day I asked for it. The representative that signed me up was very thorough and polite. I haven't had any problems with customer service. Their prices are cheaper then companies I checked in the area and their installation seems pretty good. I have been able to sleep a lot better since the alarm was installed. The thing I dont like is that I only got a 10% discount on my homeowners insurance instead of the "up to 20%" they advertise. I guess I'll just need to switch insurance companies if I want the 20% discount. Also I dont think they install exterior sirens only indoor ones which I was disappointed with but the siren inside is pretty loud.
