WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I purchased 70 dollars worth of ink. When I received it, the product code matched my current ink and when I purchased it I made sure to input all of the information about my printer as well. When I put the ink in my printer it said it was an "Old Generation Cartridge-cartridge for old generation of printer" There are no options explaining that on the sight and I put in all relevant info when purchasing ink (I purchase ink quite frequently)
I called Sinotime to work out this issue. I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES OVER 2 WEEKS-LEFT 5 MESSAGES EXPLAINING THE SITUATION AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT WAS A SIMPLE ISSUE IS NOW QUITE FRUSTRATING AND TIME CONSUMING.
Don't use this brand if you want to save time or money. It won't accomplish either. I don't like leaving bad reviews but after my 5th attempt with no one responding that shows the type of company this is.
