They almost got our car repossessed!

When we got our 2012 Hyundai Accent, they asked us to sign up for this. Since my husband is in the Army and gets paid on the same dates (for the most part) every month we thought this would be great! They took out our first payment two weeks before it was due, but the finance company called a week after the payment was due (three weeks after it was debited from our account) and said it hadn't been paid. So we called them, and all we got was a "we already paid them" after a week of arguing with both of them, apparently they finally sent the payment TWO WEEKS LATE. By then they'd already charged us for half another payment. This month, when the second payment was due, they didn't even pay all of it. When I called them this morning to cancel, she said my most recent debit would be given back, and asked about the extra money they took to pay it off early (because it didn't go to the finance company), she said that that was going towards the FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR service charge for using them to pay your accounts. Not only did no one ever tell us this, but had they, we NEVER would have done this. So now we're out over a hundred dollars for a service that almost got our car repossessed. Don't use them.
