As I'm writing to all of you consumers, I'm waiting in a room with my father waiting for the finished product that never fits well in his mouth. Both mouth pieces are either too big or teeth chip and break . Excuses and runner's is what they give you. Everything they promise up front is the complete opposite of what they deliver. This is about our 15th time here since July of 2010. If you were to sit in their waiting room of 12 to 15 people waiting (either get serviced for existing work or a new customer) you will notice people complaining left and right. Different people work on you everytime you come in and nobody gets the story right. I cant even write right now cause Im beyond myself not knowing how to defend my father since he paid them upfront 29K. There is a reason why they're 5 stars on here and then 1 to 2. They write their own 5 star reviews. My advice before you pay them one penny, is to come sit in the waiting room and question the people waiting. Its a no brainer. You will run out and never go back. There is a reason why they advertise so heavily on TV. I tried to talk my father out of this, but he wouldnt listen. This is only 5% of my experience here.
