Worst Customer Service and Full of Hidden Costs and fees
I had won two trips for this company. One was a cruise and the other an island getaway. Boy was it a scam. They make it as difficult as possible and do everything possible to not work with your schedule. If you miss one of there many deadlines then your
pretty much sitting in hot water with them and they won't help you. The Cruise one was the first one I tried to setup. After going through their long process of paying a deposit and scheduling the trip information I finally get to the day to call them. After
talking to the lady and trying to schedule it my options became even less available. Then I found out that I would have to pay somewhere between 600-1000 dollars extra for the cruises' "Fees and Taxes" and that was for two people. I argued with the lady but
she told me it was the only one available and either I pay or cancel. So I canceled it and got my money back. The other one was a stay at a hotel on an island. I figured ok it wont be that bad. After I finally noticed the email in my junk mail, I called them.
They immediately informed me that it was passed their seven day window and that they may not be able to accommodate me. I informed them that their email ended up in my junk mail and I was not aware of it till recently. They said they will check for me on the
dates I selected. They then told me the date available is only a certain date. Unfortunately that date was no longer good for me to travel. They said well then you have to cancel or take the date. I was extremely frustrated at this point and had to cancel.
The feeling that you won two trips and you could not use either of them because of their policies and actions is quite upsetting. I Totally refuse to ever use this company again. I believe they are paid in advance for the trips to be given away as prizes.
This way they don't lose money when you cancel. It is the only explanation for why they would treat people trying to use the trips with so much difficulty and disrespect. The worse part is how long you have to spend on the phone waiting. Stay very far away
from this company. Worst costumer service and worst travel agency ever!
