I purchased a GO Cart as a gift for my two children in May 2013 along with an extended warranty during the transaction (order number 17196). Just to place the order was a complete hassle, they had me fax them copies of mail just to prove my address. The vehicle was assembled according to the instructions provided which I don't blame them but not the best description to go by. The present for good grades was given to my children in June once their school was let out. We used the vehicle several times for a total of three hours. On our vacation over the July 4th holiday, the vehicle stopped running and would not restart. I contacted the company multiple times which no one would ever answer the phone or respond back until I finally called the sales line and asked to speak with the general manager. A that point I was put in touch with a service tech named Jeff. I worked with him on the concern with the vehicle and he placed the order for the warranty parts on 8/24. I had to follow up again with emails on 9/11 to advise their company that the parts where not shipped. They finally shipped on 9/11 and then installed on Oct 3rd. I called and emailed their company on Oct 3rd and left messages on their tech line that the parts sent did not fix the problem. I have emailed them again on Oct 15th and still have not received a response. I do not feel this is the type of service that a consumer should have to experience when purchasing a new vehicle. This was a gift for my children as a reward for hard work in school only to be grief-stricken over something they can't use all summer long. This is not an acceptable business practice and to force customer into legal action over faulty equipment which is certainly not necessary. At this point I have lost all faith in their products, company and service. I would rather have a full refund and then purchase the same vehicle from a more reliable source that can provide proper handling of the consumer.
