Extremely disappointed in delivery and customer service of Superiorpower Sports

We order a scooter for our daughter on a college campus in October, and Superiorpower Sports assured us that it would arrive before holiday break. However, the scooter was not delivered until December 19 when the school was on break and no one was there to take delivery. Bottom Line - The company recalled the scooter before our daughter returned to school and charged us $500 for a bunch of ambiguous shipping charges, and worst of all, they never delivered the scooter. So, we paid $500 for nothing. Never, never, never... do business with this company no matter how good of a deal you think you are getting. Big mistake, HUGE mistake. I'm 40 years old and have not ever been treated so poorly when making a purchase. We have learned a great deal from this unpleasant experience and will not get burned like this again.
