We have used the services of TLC Plumbing for 10 years and have been are currently extremely please with their professional behavior, their knowledge and recommendations, and prompt response to issues. They are clean, care about your home, and sentitive to the needs of homeowner. We had a new furnace placed 5 years ago and everything has worked great. We use them every year for furnace and air conditioning change over. Once when the copper hose got a leak Larry was quick to respond and fix the problem within a day. I ask for the same top notch plumber professional, Larry, and in the past have also used Mike. Both provide super service and totally trust them with plumbing needs.
We are now have their new group, called Kinetico who install a non-electrical system that uses far less salt than other systems and the units are small. We hope with the positive track record the installation later this week and the service and maintenance will run smoothly. Bill came to our home for an evaluation of our very hard water given the fact that we spent a lot of money remodeling out master bath and have a lot of glass which the soft water will be a positive thing. The initial cost is higher than other systems but they claim we will not have to install another one - there is a ten year warranty. So keep up the good work TLC!
