COMPANY IS VERY , VERY UNRELIABLE

Sent in for an order of 2 pair of jeans, I received the order 4-5 weeks later. One pair was okay,definitely not what i expected. They were very cheap materials & sequins WERE GLUED ON, NOT SEWN, the other pair NOTICEABLY USED, faded, & stretched out badly. I returned the pants via certified mail as directed, had to wait 3 weeks for a store credit(NO CASH REFUNDS AVAILABLE) and only because I finally got through on the line. I used the credit to purchase jeans on 4/19/12 & here it is 6/1/12, no jeans. The worst part is the line is always busy and my tracking number says delivered to some random place in California.
