Time to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint!
Same problems here. Ordered stuff beginning of May online. Paid. Not yet received beginning of June. i will not settle for store credit. I want my money back NOW! I wish I had read this forum BEFORE i purchased anything. What can we do?
