If someone could explain this to me..

So I have had two expierences with this company, first was Feb of 2012, my daughters alleged father paid for his twin brother to take a familial test with my daughter because he was out of the country, test came back 89.99% positive they were related.
Then this year alleged father finally takes a test from another lab and the results were that he wasn't the father. So I had a second man take a paternity test of Feb. 2013 and those results were positive. So could some oneeexplain to me how the twin could
be positive but the man not be? I firmly believe the first man is her father and that there is just some craziness going on but anyone with insight I would love to hear. As of now I am not to confident with this lab!
