I am having a hard time getting in touch with this company. I have given them over $2,500.00 and would like to 1099 them for their fees, since they take them up front. Their lack of follow-up in this matter makes me very nervous about their actual end results. Seems to me an attorney would understand the importance of such legal matters with the IRS.
Will update this concern as it unfolds.
