I signed up for a loan modification in March, and I finished in July. In July I got the best news I can possibly dream of. I was 4 months down facing foreclosure,and I was brought back to current. I use to have a 9.5 interest rate and 2000 dollar payment. Now I have a 3.5 fixed for 30 yrs $1077 a month. I am so very happy. The service was phenomenal, and I recommend there company to all my friends.
